Iranian Journal

Posted on

Last night, instead of packing, planning… I read my entire journal from when I lived in Iran.. in the 1970’s.  Incredible how the written word brought back to me a flood of memories, smells, feelings, and joyful times shared .   This post is here to remind me to expand on this.  It’s late, I Must go to bed…

This, however, serves to remind me:  Write stuff down.  For journallers and non-journallers… check out the workbook I’ve written “Ya, Whatever- Journalling (of sorts) for the Journalling Challenged.”  I’m following my own advice on this trip… and have already made the journal ‘messy’ by using scotch tape.  How freeing to not be trying to keep a pretty journal pretty!   More about that in the workbook.  www.musingsandmud.com/workbooks.html
